Welcome to the Grogan-Zeiger Real Estate Group blog! We’re excited to officially launch this new addition to our website and, for our very first post, we thought there was no better place to start than by introducing ourselves.

Our Story

The Grogan-Zeiger Real Estate Group has roots that go back to 2015, when Tammy Grogan, a well-known community legend, founded the team. Tammy had a passion for real estate and a commitment to helping clients navigate some of life's biggest decisions.

Our team leader, Jen Zeiger, became a Realtor in 2015 and joined the team after purchasing her home with Tammy.

In 2023, Tammy decided it was time to embrace a new chapter and become a full-time grandma. Jen stepped into the role, and Tammy Grogan and Associates became the Grogan-Zeiger Real Estate Group.

Since then, we’ve continued to build on the foundation Tammy created while growing our team and finding new ways to serve our clients and the communities we love.

Proudly Serving Northeast Ohio

Our team serves buyers and sellers throughout Stark, Summit and surrounding counties, with a particular connection to the communities throughout Stark County.

Jen has lived in North Canton, Ohio, her entire life and comes from a family of small business owners. Growing up in a local business family helped shape the way she approaches real estate today with an emphasis on relationships, community involvement, and taking care of the people around her.

For us, being a local real estate team isn't just about knowing the housing market. It's about knowing the neighborhoods, local businesses, schools, events, restaurants, parks, and the little things that make a community feel like home.

More Than Just a Real Estate Blog

When we decided to start this blog, we knew we didn't want to create another generic real estate website filled with the same advice you'll find everywhere else.

Instead, our goal is to create a local Northeast Ohio resource that provides useful, relevant information for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and anyone who wants to stay connected to the communities around them.
